The Event took place in centre at Hackney Marshes on the 27th March 2015

It was held by CSV (Community Service Volunteers) who run and organise projects aimed at youngsters in the areas. A high attendance was in store. Event ran for about 2 hours included and involved awards and

It essentially was a portable sound system including the  PA system - Speakers & 2 x radio microphones with stands.

A small stage of 2 x 2 metres was provided with black curtaining

PA Hire for Famous Band LONDON

BAND PA HIRE

HMS Belfast  PA Hire for Band Sound System for Musicians

This hire was been used by the famous 70’s rock duo Gallagher & Lyle (“I wanna stay with you” etc)

This event took place  on the HMS Belfast near London Bridge on the river Thames, Friday 27^th March 2015 . Andy and I arriving on the previous day to set up and Ritchie Naker working with the Band whist they were sound checking on the day of the event itself.

Its a long walk! Parking 200 metres away  in Southwark Crown Court and then the gangways to the ship itself and then narrow passages to negotiate on this ancient legacy of British naval histroy. You needed a trolley!

This was a hire for a PA system including Mackie SRM 450 FOH Speakers & desk mixer, stage monitors, Shure SM58  microphones with stands. All peripherals including 6 xDI boxes and a multicore for the 6 microphones tha were requested. Set up included making sure all cable runs were safe, a thorough sound check and constant liaison with the organisers to ensure the positioning of the PA system and the portable stage that was also requested

Clients were over the moon with the PA system supplied and our service

Panel Discussion PA SYSTEM

PA Hire and Projector/Screen Hire (not used) for Political debate panel discussion

The Event took place in the lecture Hall of Southwark University on the 25^th March 2015

It was a political debate involving gay MPs from all the mainstream political parties. Specifically it was run and organised by L.G.B.T (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender)_ which was group formed 3 years ago essentially fighting sexual discrimination homophobia etc.

A high attendance was in store. Event ran for about 2 hours included a powerpoint presentation. Richard who set up the sound equipment got very interested in the topics discussed, so stayed and helped manage the sound for the event

It essentially was a table mic stand rental (we needed four) with AKG D5 microphones plus PA system including Speakers & 2 x radio microphones with stands.

Also it was a hire for a projector and pull up screen (not used on this occasion ).

Clients were very happy with our sound guy Richard and the PA system supplied

The event took place in the offices  of Telereel Trillium London Wall London on 24^th March 2015

It was for a “Suppliers Event” with about 50 guess or so attending.

This was a wireless uplighter hire using our superior battery uplighters to illuminate the room in designated locations in order to maximise their wall wash effects. We used a blue colour to colour theme the room. The room looked brilliant!

The event took place Woodcote House School in the leafy suburbs of Windlesham in West Surrey on the 25^th March 2015

It was an annual staff party for the overworked teachers in this posh prep school. We have covered this event for 4 years running now

This was not a touch screen digital Karaoke system hire with lighting effects. We were going to use our Karaoke laptop package but ended up hiring  our Karaoke CD package with speakers, microphones, Desk Mixer and a TV for the singers. Easy to use DIY Karaoke package! The customers also required some LED lighting effects  which we hgave them 2 Acme Imposibleds and a small laser

The organisers said that all went very well and commented on the good sound quality.
