PA Hire Remembrance Day 2019

The Outdoor PA system was for a civic remembrance day service held outside the Highgate School chapel

Attended by the local Priest, Vicar and Rabbi who all did readings. The service was for locals as the main service took part in Highgate itself. My son went off to look at the famous Highgate cemetery. £4.00 entry fee!

This was a hire for an outside PA system including Speakers with radio microphones on stands

WE specifically used 4 x EV SX300 speakers (outside speakers) powered by a Dynacord Desk mixer. We used a wireless Sennheiser G3 microphone for the speakers that morning

As we also hire stages and rent lecterns and we were able to supply both of these along with the sound system lectern

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied

Outdoor PA Hire at Hyde Park for the charity “Compassion in World Farming” Weather was lovely. Clients set up equipment as we had merely dropped the stuff at their HQ in Godalming

The Event (STOP LIVE TRANSPORT:INTERNATIONAL DAY OF AWARENESS) took place in the Park last Friday afternoon. Below is an extract from their website:

“Over 150 actions took place in 43 countries to demonstrate opposition to this horrific trade. People across the globe have spoken up for the millions of animals that suffer in long distance transportation.Every year, tens of thousands of UK farm animals are forced to travel for hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles for fattening or slaughter. They routinely experience pain, stress, overcrowding, exhaustion and dehydration. Some even die in these horrific conditions. A recent undercover investigation released by Compassion revealed the horrific suffering these animals are subjected to”.

This was a hire for an outside PA system including 2 x Battery Powered Speakers and a wireless microphone The Outdoor Speakers have the facility to play music through iPods and various microphones for musicians, announcements and presentations. The two speakers we hired were ample for the 200 plus crowd that had turned up to listen to the speakers

Outdoor PA Blackheath

Outdoor PA Hire in Blackheath London SE3 for Churches Together

The Event took place at Whitfield Mount on Blackheath Common Easter Friday 2016

Weather was lovely. Set up ready for a 10.30 a.m. start. This PA hire was for an Easter service including readings & reflections by about ten different church leaders of the various Christian denominations situated in the locale.

This was a hire for an outside PA system including 2 x Battery Powered Speakers No radio microphones were needed on this occasion. An AKG microphone on a simple microphome stand was all that was required The Outdoor Speakers have the facility to play music through iPods and various microphones for musicians, announcements and presentations. The two speakers we hired were ample for the 200 plus Christian followers that came to worship

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied. We returned home after a short but eventful hire!

The Outdoor PA system was for a Carol Service held outside for "All Churches Together"

This was a hire for an outside PA system including Speakers with QSC amplification & with cabled microphones on stands

WE specifically used 4 x EV SX300 speakers (outside speakers) powered by QSC amplifiers. Dynacord Powermate Mixer and a Shure SM58 microphone

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied. We set up in the foyer of St. Michael's Church on the common itself

Over 1000 people walked from the village to the church for the 30 minute service. Weather was cold but not wet

PA Hire and Stage hire for a Presentation/Forum

The Event took place in the foyer area of Harrow College on 16^th March 2016

It was held by the company Gemini IT who were holding a panel discussion on Apprenticeships vs University options for young persons. Event ran for about 2 hours which included and involved a few speeches with Q & A.

It essentially was a sound system (PA system) – comprising of 2 Speakers & 5 x AKG microphones on a stands 8channel mixing desk with a sound Operator

With a Senheiser Lapel microphone for the host.

A big stage of 6 x 2 metres was provided with black curtaining and curved ends. It had to accommodate 7 tall stools

Clients were very happy with the sound quality and the ease of set up ( which was carried out by myself and son Alfie) and the PA system with the portable stage supplied

PA Hire for Rally in Whitehall London

The Outdoor PA system was for a rally opposite No.10 Downing St in Whitehall London. The organisation were called “Children Have Rights” and they were drawing everyone’s attention to the “swept under the carpet” allegations of child abuse amongst the higher echelons of society

This was a hire for an outside PA system including Speakers with QSC amplification & radio microphones with cabled microphones on stands

WE specifically used 4 x EV SX300 speakers (outside speakers) powered by QSC amplifiers. Pioneer 4 Channel Mixer and a Shure SM58 radio microphone

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied. We set up on the stage outside the Ministry of Defence

We placed additional speakers at the end of the terraced garden where the rally took place for the people at the back.

Less than expected turnout and some very angry and passionate speakers talking. But I guess they have a lot to be angry and passionate about!

The Event took place in Market Square Dover 13^th June 2015

Weather was Ok. Set up ready for a 10.30 a.m. start. This PA hire was for a couple of musicians (one was an ex refugee see Lucky at http://www.luckymoyo.com ) and for speeches at a Rally. The speakers included The Bishop of Dover and the local Mayor The starting point for a “Refugee Tales” walk replicating the Canterbury Tales walk on behalf of refugees languishing in Detention centres in the UK.

This was a hire for an outside PA system including 3 x Battery Powered Speakers for music on an iPOd No radio microphones were needed on this occasion. The Outdoor Speakers have the facility to play music through iPods and various microphones for musicians, announcements and presentations

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied. We returned home after a short but eventful hire!

PA System Hire for Charity (C.R.Y.) London

The Event (C.R.Y.) Cardiac Risk in the Young was holding its annual ‘Bridges Walk’ starting at Victoria Embankment Gardens. Weather was great so no wind or rain for the PA system to cope with

This was a hire for an outside PA system including 8 x Speakers with QSC amplification & radio microphones with headset microphones for the instructors from PB Fitness. Facility to play music through iPods and various other microphones for announcements and presentations

WE specifically used 8 x EV SX300 speakers (outside speakers) powered by QSC amplifiers. Dynacord Powermate mixer and a Shure SM58 radio microphone

Clients were very happy with the outside PA system supplied. WE set up on the stage that is on the West side of Victoria Embankment gardens. We placed additional speakers just beyond the hedged perimeter of the bandstand area so that the 1000 plus audience could hear what was going on esp. the speech made by Alison Cox MBE (the Founder of the Organisation). I personally did the rest of the MC work.

The Bridges walk ended at Hays Galleria where we set up a small PA system for a choir. We used a radio microphone for the lead vocalist and 4 x Dynamic AKG D5 microphones for the other members of the choir. An electric keyboard went through our mixer too

This PA hire was for the ‘Black Family’ of opera singers taking the stage at one of the exhibitors at the Flower Show on the day before the show officially started. The designer was “Esra Parr Garden Design” and they had an Aegean sea theme for their garden exhibit. It was a beautifully warm day.

Took my daughter a long to ‘watch Daddy’ on this occasion and we took full advantage of our free press passes to look at the fantastic show with all its amazing exhibits and the Palace’s excellent setting

This was a hire for a PA system using the great sounding Yamaha PAS 600i sound system ( FOH Speakers & desk mixer) no stage monitors, the superb AKG D5 microphones with stands.. Set up included making sure all cable runs were safe and tidy set in the tranquil setting of the superb looking garden, a thorough sound check and constant liaison with the organisers to ensure the positioning of the PA system. No portable stage was required

Clients were over the moon with the PA system supplied and our service. The Opera singers were also very happy with the sound quality (shame about the video quality of my amateurish effort on filming them though!!).
